Frogfest 2024

Frogfest, delivered in partnership with HWBidCo, a local council-led events organisation, where I was allocated responsibility for managing an independent stage within the wider festival. The role involved coordinating musicians, maintaining communication with HWBidCo and production teams, and overseeing all stage operations. Responsibilities included scheduling performances, organising equipment requirements, and managing the technical team across setup, live operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth delivery throughout the event.
