The Selcouth Collective - Jam Nights

A series of monthly jam night sessions designed to provide a free, open platform for local musicians to perform and for audiences to attend. The events focused on building a consistent, community-driven space that encouraged ongoing engagement between performers and attendees. Working closely with venue staff and a small team, responsibilities included coordinating performers, managing event flow, developing promotional offers such as discounted drinks and free food incentives, and overseeing setup and delivery to support repeat attendance and audience growth.
